Using Visuals and Meditation – LDM Mia Quickies

It may seem to sum corny or impossible😒. However during Convid, I hope you all are open minded😅. Now What helps me during worries, daily stress, and high anxiety are using meditations👍🏾. 💫Meditations📿 in short, can be any form; any pose, quiet hrs, to music backgrounds. Once you calm your mind and body⛩, add any ✨visuals or imagery needed. This can expand to having that secret place🍃 of serenity🌾 only for healing and meditative work. This eventually heals the body via your senses and lower levels of stress/anxiety/worries.
