Honestly, Sum days are extreme stress via issues beyond me. How many situations including Convid are emergencies beyond your control? Not to scare or doom but mini reflections. We have to really nourish ourselves right now. This can be simple as morning tea or coffee. Try To look after your needs-slowly. Take care of yourselves in tiny lil baby steps. Everyones differs in the pandemic. However some of us from frontline to self employed are mule labor. Please Take breaks and meditate. Blessings and later.
