Afternoon coffee – Happy Monday


Monday, 2-3p
Drinking my last afternoon, warm coffee, formerly hot lol.
So starting office and on mini breaks sum yoga therapy. I am former cardio but nope, i dont do cardio much. I can tone, pilates, and yoga stretch but no-no cardio.
Fit tests has shown this in classes (2015/2015 yrs)
I heard so many of us gained Convid weight too, raise your hands….Raise em…ok….so Yoga can assist or reg office fitness to (safe) outdoor workouts.
