Virtual Workshop – #Meditation Awareness 2
I find meditation aids wellness, stress, anxiety, and balance. Its done solo, with yoga, and most religions. Some feature strict rules or dogma. I learned early in college to let go of dogma beliefs. Once learnt it takes years to let go. Maybe faster now then early 2000s. Our era has changed Spirituality, yin and yang, dark and light over the 2 decades.
