Random thoughts,
Being alone can be therapy or productive.
It aids your focus, goal planning, and healing old issues.
I feel social media accidentally condemns this.
Causing long-term problems, break ups, or divorce.
You cannot skip personal healing. You can ignore it, or rush into Random relationships/Dating. We all have free will.
Being mega depressed and healing are different things.
Alone time can be productive but its a perception.
